The first URL retrieves all the OpticalCircuitOchncRFS entities in the database. The final URL 
retrieves a specific OpticalCircuitOchncRFS by its database instance id. Enter the instance 
id, but do not include the braces.

This object supports the fully-qualified domain name (FDN) attribute, which is unique for 
all OpticalCircuitOchncRFS objects. You may use the FDN as a query parameter to retrieve

Where <host> is the host name or IP address of the Cisco EPN Manager server and <value>
