The first URL retrieves all the OpticalPathOptionRFS entities in the database. The final URL 
retrieves a specific OpticalPathOptionRFS by its database instance id. Enter the instance id, 
but do not include the braces.

Retrieve all OpticalPathOptionRFS 
instances
