4.6 TopologicalLinkRetrieval
This interface enables an NMS to request all of the top-level topological links that are under the control of
Cisco EPN Manager. A top-level topological link is a link in which the link endpoints exist in two different
multilayer subnetworks.

This operation retrieves information about all the topological links under the control of Cisco EPN Manager. If
