This API queries the service inventory from Cisco EPN Manager. The message structure of the 
getServiceInventory operation contains filter criteria for scope data. This operation returns a specified 
portion of the inventory data from the target operating system. The operation can only be directed to a top-
level operating system and not to a subordinate operating system.
