  Install Cisco EPN Manager 1.2. MP3 (High Availability)
After the successful download or upload of the MP3 software, the following item will appear under 
Add-Ons on the Software Update page:

EPN Manager Maintenance Pack
Step 4
Install the EPN Manager Maintenance Pack by clicking its associated Install button. After successful 
installation, the status will change to “Installed”. 
Step 5
Log out and restart Cisco EPN Manager:
a.
Log into the server as a Cisco EPN Manager CLI admin user. For information about the CLI admin 
user, see the

Stop and restart Cisco EPN Manager.
ncs stop
ncs start
Step 6
Resynchronize the devices to collect the inventory of all devices and synchronize the database with all 
changes.
a.
Log into the Cisco EPN Manager web GUI.
b.
Choose Monitor > Network Devices.
c.
Select all of the devices and click Sync.
Install Cisco EPN Manager 1.2. MP3 (High Availability)
In a high availability (HA) environment, Maintenance Pack 3 must be installed on both primary and 
secondary servers.
