Use the Guided Operation task to provide detailed instructions for a user or group to perform a guided
operation task.

On the Operations—Tasks Views, use one of the following methods:

On the toolbar, choose New > User Interaction > Guided Operation.

From the Actions menu, choose New > User Interaction > Guided Operation.
The New Guided Operation Properties dialog box displays.

On the General tab, enter the following information:

Choose the appropriate status of the task. The statuses
