Use the Input Request task to create a set of questions requiring a user or group response in order to

To create an input request:
Step 1
On the Operations—Tasks Views, use one of the following methods:

On the toolbar, choose New > User Interaction > Input Request.

•
From the Actions menu, choose New > User Interaction > Input Request.
The New Input Request Properties dialog box displays.

Step 2
On the General tab, enter the following information:

Name of the task
Types
Display Only. Type of task
Status
Choose the appropriate status of the task. The statuses
displayed depend on the currently open task.
