A Select question in an Input Request task allows the user to choose a single option from a list of answers

To create a select question:
Step 1
On the Input Request—Questions tab, choose New > Select.

Enter the following information to create or modify questions that contain a check box:

ID
Unique ID for the input request question (Default: Q1)
Question
Enter the question for the input request
Selections
Displays the input request question properties

Value—Default answer for the question

Use this option to launch the Select Choice dialog box
