Adding Advanced Conditions to an Object
Creating a Prior Process Instances Condition
Use the Prior Process Instance condition to indicate that when a process has occurred within a specific
time interval, the condition will evaluate to false.

On the Conditions tab, click New > Prior Process Instance Condition.
