The Group calendar is a collection of other defined calendar types, such as inclusion of date list or a
recurring calendar within the group calendar definition. The group calendar can contain defined
recurring calendars, other group calendars, and date list calendars. You choose the calendars to include
or exclude in the group calendar definition.

To define a group calendar:
Step 1
On the Definitions—Calendars, right-click and choose New > Group Calendar.
The New Group Calendar Properties dialog box displays.

On the General tab, enter the following information, as necessary:
