Creating a Target Reference Property
Use the Target Reference target property to specify one target as a reference to another target. This target
property is then available in the Insert Variable reference dialog box as a reference and allow users to
execute against a specific target.

Example:
A Service Target type has a new extended property called Database that references a SQL Server target.
If a process is set up to execute against the Service target, the user can select the Database target property
as a reference within that process.

To create a target reference property:
Step 1
On the Definitions—Extended Target Properties view, right-click and choose New > Target Reference
