Use the Definitions—Categories

view to display the defined categories. This section is used to provide 

instructions on how to access category information.

To access the categories views:

On the Definitions pane, choose Categories.

The Results pane displays.

Information about each category can be displayed in the following columns: 

Display Name

The name assigned to the category

Type

The type of category

Owner

The user name of the person who created the category

Last Modified Time

The time the category was last modified

Last Modified By

The user name of the person who last modified the category

Id

The unique identification number of the category definition
