The Administration—Getting Started view is the default view upon the initial access to the 
Administration pane.

The following administrative tasks are available: 

View Security

Launches the Administration—Security view to display the 
rules that ship with the product

Create or Modify the IT Service 
Database

Launches the Administration—Database Settings view 
where you can view reports, create or modify the report 
database
