Complete the following fields:

After defining the table column properties, click OK.
The new column is displayed under Columns to Read on the Read Table property page. 
Step 5
Click the Save 
 tool to save.
Removing a Column from Table
Use the following steps to remove a column from the list of columns on the table. 
Step 1
On the activity property page, click the Read Table tab to modify the assignee properties for the activity.
Step 2
Under Columns to read, highlight the appropriate column and click Remove
The column is removed from the table. 
Step 3
Click the Save 
 tool to save.

Description
Name 
Name of the column
Data type
The data type specified for the column
  •
Boolean—Indicates elements should be true or false
  •
String (Default)—Sequence of characters such as 
letters, numbers, and punctuation marks
  •
Integer—Must be whole numbers and contain only 
digits from 0 to 9. Can be positive or negative 
(Examples: 0. 10, 345, -689)
  •
Decimal—Requires exact numeric data values
  •
Identity—Represents the value of a user identity
