After defining the table column properties, click OK.
The new column is displayed under Columns to Read on the Read Table property page.

Click the Save
tool to save.
Removing a Column from Table
Use the following steps to remove a column from the list of columns on the table.
Step 1
On the activity property page, click the Read Table tab to modify the assignee properties for the activity.
Step 2
Under Columns to read, highlight the appropriate column and click Remove.
The column is removed from the table.
Step 3
Click the Save
tool to save.

The data type specified for the column

Boolean—Indicates elements should be true or false

String (Default)—Sequence of characters such as
letters, numbers, and punctuation marks
