Defining the Find Service Item Activity
Use the Find Service Item activity to search for attribute properties for the service item.
Step 1
In the Process Editor Toolbox, choose Cisco Prime Service Catalog > Find Service Item and drag and

Click the Advanced tab to define the service items you want to retrieve.

Get all matching items—Select this option to retrieve all matching service items

Click the Service Item tab to search for attribute properties for the service item.

Service item type—Enter the type of physical or virtual asset for the service item. The service item
can be a virtual machine or a user-defined type.

Timeout—Check the check box and then enter the time period the activity should wait before failing.

Click the Subscription tab to define the subscriber, or current owner of the service item, properties.

Subscriber login id—The unique ID assigned to the current owner of the service item

Subscriber OU—The organizational unit to which the subscriber belongs

Include subscriber information in results—Indicates the subscriber information is included in the
results retrieved.
