External String Encryption
Cisco Process Orchestrator's encryption and “hidden string” features can be exposed for use to external callers to improve
security of the data passed between different products. Of particular interest are other components in the Cisco Intelligent
Automation for Cloud (IAC) suite, especially Cisco Prime Service Catalog.
Email adapter enhancement
This enhancement allows users to modify polling frequency used by the Email Adapter to check for incoming emails and can be
used to reduce the load on the email server from frequent polling.
String Length enhancements
This enhancement allows user to refer directly to the length of a string variable or activity property without invoking expensive
calculation mechanism (such as scripts, XSL transforms, SQL queries) when specifying values for variables or activity
configuration.

Known Issues
Installing Older Versions of Solutions
Once a Cisco Process Orchestrator 3.0 environment is upgraded to version 3.0.2, attempts to install Cisco Intelligent
Automation for Cloud 4.0 or Intelligent Automation for SAP 3.0 will fail with the following error:
Unable to downgrade the existing XML Data Schema version '3.0.2' to version '3.0.0'.
Install these packages before upgrading Cisco Process Orchestrator environment to 3.0.2. If the environment has already been
upgraded, contact Cisco Technical Support for instructions on how to install these packages in Cisco Process Orchestrator 3.0.2.
