Use the Definitions—Targets view to manage the JMX Server targets. From this view, you can enable

Enabling a JMX Server Target
A target is enabled by default after it is created. If a target is manually disabled, it must be enabled before
it is available for execution.

On the Definitions—Targets view, use one of the following methods to enable the target:

In the Targets pane, right-click the JMX Server target and choose Enable.
