Is the reverse output tilt within ±0.5 dB of the design tilt? 

a)  If the output tilt is within ±0.5 dB of the design tilt, proceed to the next 

section. 

b)  If the output tilt is more than the design tilt, replace the reverse

 

EQ with a 

lower value. 

c)  If the output tilt is less than the design tilt, replace the reverse

 

EQ with a 

higher value.

Measure the output tilt again, and then proceed to Setting OMI for Reverse 
Path Transmitter (on page 3-16) 

Note: The reverse equalizer is installed at the factory with 0 dB pad.
