Symptom:
Hardware MIB info not available on CDE250.

Condition:
When running VQE on the CDE250 platform, the hardware info provided by snmpsa is not 
available.

Workaround:
Check the VQE log file or AMT for status information.

•
Symptom:
RCC fails with null data.
•
Condition:
An RCC request may fail due to having a null rcc_data field.
•
Workaround:
None.
