The VDS Manager Service node should be deployed after the UI node.

To deploy the Manager Service node software onto a VM, perform the following steps:

Using the VMware’s vSphere client, access the ESXi host or VCENTER server and import the OVF images from the
extracted location.

Click File > Deploy OVF Template.

Click Browse... to locate the OVF files extracted previously.

Select the folder that contains the VDS-MGR OVF file, and then click Open.
