When a logged in user wants to delete a saved search, the application imposes the following restrictions:

1. After navigating to Custom Searches and Reports, select the Search Name, which you want to delete and

click

.

2. Select Yes in the Confirmation dialog box.

Logged in users can delete only the searches saved by them.

1. After navigating to Custom Searches and Reports, select multiple Search Names that you wish to delete

and click

(to select multiple searches, hold down the Shift key and select the search names).

2. Select Yes in the Confirmation dialog box.

When you select multiple searches by selecting the searches saved by you and another user, the system will
delete only the searches saved by you and the following error message is displayed.

When you delete a custom search saved by another user, the following error message is displayed.
