The Cisco Content Delivery System Video Navigator, Release 2.2 product contains software originating 

from Cisco Systems, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Cisco”) and Cisco’s suppliers and also contains software 

from the open source community. Any software originating from Cisco and its supliers is licensed under

the Cisco Software License Agreement contained in Schedule 1 below. Any software from the open

source community is licensed under the specific licenses identified in Schedule 2 below. 

The open source software is governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable open source license,

and you are bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable open source license in connection with

your use and distribution of the open source software in this product. The open source software, the

applicable open source licenses and other open source notices are identified below. You agree to comply

with all such licenses and other notices. If you do not agree to such terms, you may not install, download,

or otherwise use the open source software. Where specific open source license terms entitle you to the

source code of such software, then for at least three years from the purchase date of this product, that

source code will be available to you upon request at cost from Cisco. If you would like a copy on a CD

of such open source code in this software, Cisco will mail to you a CD with such code for $9.99 upon
