7.  During booting up, check the firmware package version by looking at the following 

message to verify the new firmware installed properly

8.  The FW package version can also be verified by using one the of the following 

commands depending on which tools are currently installed on the system: 

 

# /opt/MegaRAID/CmdTool2/CmdTool2  -AdpAllInfo -a0 
# /opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 

–AdpAllInfo –a0
