Event Level (Severity)
This field records the severity of the event. The possible values are as follows:
Emergency event (0) - "Fatal" hardware or software errors.
Alert event (1) - A serious failure, either hardware or software malfunctioning.
Critical event (2) - A serious failure that prevents the device from transmitting
data, but could be recovered without rebooting the system.
