Before you begin, confirm that you have set up the DSAN according to the 
specifications in your design print. 

The table below lists some items you may need to complete configuration. 

Copy of the design print 

Determine expected input and output signal 
levels. 

Torque wrench with half-inch socket 

Open and close the housing. 

Spectrum analyzer or signal analysis 
meter capable of working with 
frequencies up to the highest design 
frequency 

Determine input and output signal levels. 

Test point adapter (part number 562580) 
or F-81 female-to-female adapter 

Access the test points. 

Length of 75 



 coaxial cable with F-

connectors on each end 

Connect the test point adapter to the test 
equipment. 

Voltmeter 

Test the power supply AC and DC voltages. 

Reverse sweep receiver 

Test signals using a reverse sweep transmitter.
