output channel may take values from 2 to 78 inclusive and 
from 95 to 99 inclusive.

Test Mode allows certain user logins to be enabled or disabled. These logins allow 
access to specific debug and troubleshooting commands to be used by authorized 
Cisco engineers, customer labs, and support personnel. 

Setting TLV 217.29 to the value 1 enables Test Mode. This in turn enables the 
following user logins:
