Preventing Subscribers from Blocking Services
Complete these steps to enable or disable parental control for a service.
1 From the SP Service Guide, click the Assign Service tab.
2 From Portal Services, double-click the service you want to edit. The Service

Properties window opens.
3 In the Blockable check box, do one of the following, depending on your
preference.
Select the check box to enable parental control for this service
Clear the check box to disable parental control for this service
4 Click OK.
5 On the File menu, click Save.
