Blocked Barker: Allows Restricted Unblocking
This field lets you specify whether subscribers will be able to unblock channels that
have been blocked. If selected, the blocked barker appears whenever a subscriber
tunes to a blocked channel. This barker allows the subscriber to enter a PIN to
unblock the channel. The blocked barker appears again if the subscriber tunes to
another channel and retunes the blocked channel.
If disabled, the Blocked Barker does not let subscribers enter a PIN.

Bypass When Off
This field lets you specify whether or not the broadcast signal will be routed directly
to the TV when the DHCT is powered off. If enabled, the broadcast signal goes
directly to the TV when the DHCT is powered off.

Invalid Numeric Entry Chooses Next Highest Channel
This option lets you specify whether the DHCT will tune to the next highest channel
when the subscriber enters an invalid channel number. For example, suppose the
subscriber tries to tune to channel 15, but there are no channels between 10 and 50. If
you select this option, the DHCT will automatically tune channel 50 when the
subscriber enters 15.
