Create Group Definition Rules Manually in SR 2.5/3.5/4.0 and Earlier

Note: If you want to define multiple rules for the same hub, bouquet, or virtual hub,
just create a new rule definition with the new hub number. For example, if you want
to define one rule for hub 100, and another rule for hub 200, your GDF file will
contain one line that begins hub=100 and another line that begins hub=200.
