2  Click Messaging. The Message List window opens. 

 

3  Select Configuration then choose New . The Create New Configuration window 

opens with Urgency* selected. 
Important: The Urgency*, Message Time*, and Force Tune* parameters are 
mandatory settings. 

 

4  Type the configuration name in the Configuration Name field. 
5  Select the message priority from the Priority drop-down list. 

Note: You can select Normal, Emergency, or Alert. 

6  Select who can clear the message from the Cleared By drop-down list.
