Overview
Introduction
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Weather Service,
and local authorities send emergency alert messages (EAMs) to service providers
who broadcast these messages to television subscribers. These messages include
regular tests of the Emergency Alert System (EAS), as well as messages that warn
of dangerous conditions such as thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes,
and earthquakes.

Tru2way (OCAP) license enabled on DNCS*
OpenCable MP3 audio support enabled on DNCS*
TSBroadcaster release 1.03.01-CD-01/software version 1.0.0.10 or later
