0 = Disable the anti-flickering 

1 = Enable the anti-flickering only for lines 

2 = Enable the anti-flickering only for images 

3 = Enable the anti-flickering for both lines and

WARNING: 
Assigning a value of 2 or 3 to the 

HTMLPreference HE_AntiAliased 

parameter will cause objects to be 

redrawn on the screen several times. 

HTMLPreference HE_AntiAliased 

parameter values of 2 or 3 result in 

slower performance.
