This appendix contains instructions for restoring the previous version 

of MQAM software should you encounter problems after upgrading 

to MQAM 2.6.18. Follow the instructions in this appendix only after 

Cisco Services directs you to restore the previous version of software. 
Important: If after downloading MQAM 2.6.18 you encounter 

problems, contact Cisco Services for assistance. In the event that Cisco 

Services directs you to download the previous version of software to 

MQAMs, follow the procedures in this appendix while working with
