What to Look For in the signonCount Data
Concentrate on Three Fields
Allow the system to gather signonCount data for several minutes and then examine
the numbers in the following fields:

Cisco Services. Engineers at Cisco Services may log in to your system and examine
the logfiles associated with the hctmConfig, hctmMac, and hctmProvision processes.
