11. Click Save.

The system saves the service information in the DNCS database and closes
the Set Up SAM Service window.
•
The SAM Service List window updates to include the new service with its
system-assigned service ID and application URL tag.
12. Click File, and then select Close to close the SAM Service List window and to
return to the DNCS Administrative Console. Refer to SAM Service Updates
in the Overview section of Chapter 1 to make sure the service took effect.
13. Test the key you have configured by pressing the appropriate key to verify
that it launches the service you configured it to launch.
14. Did the correct service appear?

If yes, you have successfully configured the key
•
If no, call Cisco Services for assistance.
