DHCT type (leave blank if you are using bootloader)

Boot Page Name—Click the arrow to select the boot page associated with 

this DHCT type, if appropriate (leave blank if you are using bootloader) 

6  Click Save. The Set Up DHCT Type window closes and the new DHCT type 

displays on the DHCT Type List screen.
