Verify the Integrity of the Maintenance CD
Complete the following steps to verify the integrity of the Maintenance DVD.
1 Insert the Maintenance DVD into the DVD drive of the DNCS.

Note: If a File Manager window opens after you insert the DVD, close the

2 Type the following command and press Enter. The /cdrom/cdrom0 directory
becomes the working directory.
cd /cdrom/cdrom0
3 Type the following command and press Enter.
ls -la
Result: The system displays the contents of the DVD, which should be similar to

If yes, complete the following steps.
a Type the following command and then press Enter.

cd /

eject cdrom
