Rollback Procedures
In the event that you experience a problem installing the software, you must first
delete all of the files in the Report Writer directory before reinstalling the Report
Writer software.
Deleting the Report Writer Directory Files
1 On the DNCS/ISDS, log in as root.
2 Type pkgrm SAIrptwrt and press Enter.
3 Type cd /dvs/RepWriter and press Enter.
4 Type rm -rf * and press Enter. The files in the Report Writer directory are

deleted. You can now reinstall the Report Writer software.
