Continued
CR 54437: EAS Message Window Shows “Send Message Failed” Error
When an EAS message is sent to a set-top tuned to a digital channel, the set-top will
pass the message to the TV for display, but the EAS Message window on the DNCS
displays a “Send Message Failed” error message.
CR 54547: dncsControl Does Not Stop SOAP Server’s Child Processes
If you use the dncsControl command to stop the DNCS processes, the SOAP Server’s
managing server process will stop, but any “child” SOAP Server processes will
continue to run. When you use dncsControl to restart the DNCS processes, the SOAP
Server’s managing server process will not restart, and the GUI Servers WUI page
will not open.
CR 54916: DHCT Groups UI Allows New Groups with Duplicate or Invalid Group IDs to be Saved
When you enter and save duplicate or invalid Group ID values, the Set Up DHCT
Group window displays a “Save Failed” message without any explanation as to why
the save failed. Also, the duplicate or invalid Group ID values are inserted into the
pdoshct table, even though the UI indicated that the save failed.
CR 54917: Set Up DHCT Group UI Changes Group ID Value During Save Without Notifying User
When you create a new DHCT Group within the Set Up DHCT Group window, do
not enter group ID values greater than 32768. Downloads to group ID values greater
than 32768 will not occur.
CR 55981: qamManager UI Exits Unexpectedly
This CR describes a corner case. The qamManager UI can exit unexpectedly if you
attempt to delete an object that is in the process of being deleted.
CR 56569: QAM Source UI Does Not Recognize QAMs Connected to BFS BIG
When upgrading from SR 2.2 to SR 4.0, the sessions for any third-party applications
that use ATM PVC routed through the BFS BIG and the QAM cannot be restarted. In
the event of this issue, the session UI displays a “No QAMs available. Check
bandwidth and connectivity of session elements” message.
