Reports in CWA
The Agent Lists report contains the following columns:

List Name/Agent
Name
Name
Displays the name of the agent list with the names of the agents.
List Type
Displays the type of agent list. Agent lists can be Ordered, Random, Balanced, Broadcast or
Rotation.

Displays the date and time that the agent list was modified.

Status
The last status of the job at the time the report was generated.
Job No
The job occurrence number.
Job Name
The name of the job as defined in the job’s definition.

The response entered by the operator.
