Minimum System Requirements for Windows Operating Systems

Warning It is recommended that no more than five agents be run on the minimum 

hardware platform. However, the number of agents that can be run on a given 
server depends upon the CPU and memory resources available on the machine. 
Add a single agent at a time and gauge the effect of each added agent on 
system performance before adding more. You have to experiment with the 
configuration to achieve optimal results.
