Add a BFS BIG
Before adding a BFS QAM modulator, make sure that you have first added one of the following elements to the
DNCS:

Adding a BFS BIG
Quick Path: DNCS Administrative Console > DNCS tab > Network Element Provisioning tab > BIG >
File > New

Be sure to allow yourself adequate time to complete this procedure. To add a BFS BIG to the DNCS, you must

Disconnect any devices previously connected to the BFS BIG that are no longer appropriate.
