RSS feed stopped working.
Troubleshooting/Solution
1. Be sure that the DNS server is configured in Cisco StadiumVision Director.
2. Use ping to verify that Cisco StadiumVision Director can reach the DNS server.
3. Use wget to verify that Cisco StadiumVision Director can reach the RSS server
(might require SNE TAC account).
4. Verify that the RSS URL feed contains XML data.
5. Use the right ticker version that comes with Cisco StadiumVision Director
releases.
6. Try to get a TCPDump snapshot to see Cisco StadiumVision Director sent the
RSS feed.
