Obtain a Java Heap Dump report using the System State Report tool on the
server.

Restart the Cisco StadiumVision Director services.

Contact Cisco Technical Support and provide the report.

Troubleshooting/Solution
1. Confirm if the backup Cisco StadiumVision Director server still has its services
running, which could result in some DMPs responding to that server’s
commands.
2. Stop the Cisco StadiumVision Director services on the backup (secondary) Cisco
StadiumVision Director server.
