Manual Mapping 

To manually map a DMP to a Location: 

1.  Select Setup > Devices > Locations-DMP Mapping. 

2.  Click on an available device under the MAC Address listing and click on a 

Location Name. The two objects should be highlighted (

). 

3.  Click on the Link button to link the two objects (

). The MAC address 

that was highlighted will move to the Locations listing section of the screen.  

4.  Use the "Unlink" operation to disassociate a DMP from a Location. Once the 

DMP has been disassociated it is renamed as "Unassigned-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx" 
(where xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx is the MAC address).The Location can now be linked 
to a different DMP. 

 

Bulk Mapping 

As mentioned previously, TSV files may be used for uploading the device (i.e., 
DMP) and Location information into Cisco StadiumVision Director. The TSV file 
requires a specific set of columns, column title syntax and column order to be 
compatible with Cisco StadiumVision Director. The best way to make sure the TSV 
file is compatible is to export a TSV file from Cisco StadiumVision Director and use 
that as a template when building a Cisco StadiumVision Director compatible TSV 
file.
