Prisma II LCI Software 
Installation Instructions 

The Prisma II™ Chassis ships with either a Local Craft Interface (LCI) installation 
CD or with these instructions for downloading the latest version of the LCI 
software from the Scientific Atlanta website. You may use the CD, if available. 
However, downloading is recommended to ensure that you have the latest 
software. 

1  Open your web browser to 

http://www.scientificatlanta.com/tncs/Upgrades/Upgrades.htm

. 

2  Click Click here to download LCI-PII Version n.n.n. The File Download 

dialog appears. 

3  Click Save, and then choose Desktop as the download destination. 
4  Close the browser and confirm that LCI_n_n.zip appears on your desktop. 
5  Double-click the file to open it, and then double-click LCI_n_n.exe in the Zip 

file. 

6  Follow the steps of the Wizard to install LCI on your desktop.
