Do both the COM Port and Chassis ID boxes display correct values?

If yes, proceed to step 3.

If no, do the following:

Perform the steps in Specifying the Correct Communications Port and
Specifying the Correct Chassis ID, depending on which value was
incorrect

Click Refresh to poll the chassis

Click Start.
Result: The Refresh window displays.

Click OK.

Exit LCI and then restart it for all changes to take effect.
Result: All of the installed modules should now display in the module tree.
