Empty Categories
The MET database contains categories as originally sent from Arris, which the MET
then forwards to set-top boxes (STBs). Should any of these categories be empty, an
empty category is displayed to the subscriber.
Cisco has provided a parameter (allowEmptyCats), set in the MetConfig.xml file,
that allows the system operator to determine how the system treats empty
categories.
