Provisioning Manager
This guide describes how to use CLI tools to troubleshoot Provisioning Manager. It also provides 
information on specific problems that you might encounter when installing, upgrading, or using 
Provisioning Manager. For each problem described, possible causes are given, followed by actions that 
you can take to solve the problem.
This guide includes the following sections:
Provisioning Manager Troubleshooting Tools
You can use the following tools to troubleshoot your system:
—To abort or clear orders created in Provisioning Manager.
—To temporarily change the Provisioning Manager log level without restarting 
Provisioning Manager.
—To collect the required troubleshooting information in a single compressed archive 
file.
—To collect utility related details.
Note
When you use the troubleshooting tools, you should use the same Windows user account that was used 
when Provisioning Manager was installed. If you want to schedule synchronization from a different 
Windows user account, the following environment variables must be set:
DEV_DIR
EOSS_BASE
JBOSS_HOME
JAVA_HOME 
DFC_PROPERTIES
