Monitor 8.6
Cisco Unified Service Monitor is a product from the Cisco Unified Communications Management Suite. 
These release notes contain the following sections:
New Features
Service Monitor 8.6 adds the following:
Support for multiple-customer views—Service Monitor collects and reports data from multiple 
customers, when installed in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Network Deployment mode. 
Note
The MSP Network Deployment mode is not supported in standalone installations of Service 
Monitor.
Support for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)—The RBAC feature enables you to achieve user 
role-based authentication and authorization to access groups of devices.
Network Address Translation (NAT) support —Ability to receive and process CDRs sent by Unified 
Communications Manager application sitting behind the NAT wall.
